Before launching Strategic Alliance Marketing Group in 2020, Deborah worked with a leading national legal marketing company, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges attorneys face in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Too often, law firms were encouraged to invest in expensive, one-size-fits-all marketing programs that prioritized a sales representative’s quota over the firm’s actual objectives.
Recognizing the frustration partners experienced trying to manage multiple agencies and conflicting recommendations, Deborah founded Strategic Alliance Marketing Group to provide something different: one experienced advisor focused solely on the law firm’s best interests.
Today, Deborah serves as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer and trusted strategic advisor to law firms nationwide. She partners with firm leadership to bring clarity to complex marketing environments by evaluating new opportunities, auditing existing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and developing long-term growth strategies.
